Tell us you'd like to use Thames Pharmacy and we'll set you up as your nominated NHS pharmacy, or ask your GP surgery to nominate us for your Electronic Prescription Service (EPS).
When your GP issues a prescription, it's sent to us automatically through the NHS EPS. For repeat medicines, this happens each time without you needing to do anything.
Our pharmacy team prepares and clinically checks your medicines. If we have any questions about your prescription, we'll contact you.
Your medicines are delivered to your chosen address. If you pay for NHS prescriptions, we'll let you know how to pay; if you're exempt, your exemption applies as usual.
